Any deposit requested on your invoice is a part payment toward the invoice total. Your invoice shows the deposit requested and remaining balance. To request a booking change, cancellation or refund, contact Capture The Moment Party Hire at [email protected] or 0423 745 793. Include your booking or invoice reference if available. For a change of mind or a requested change to your booking, we review each request against the arrangements agreed for your booking, including any quote, invoice and correspondence. We will explain the outcome and confirm any agreed booking, invoice or refund changes in writing. If there is a problem with the equipment or services we provide, we will assess the problem and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your consumer rights or remedies. Paying a deposit or paying by card does not reduce those rights. Card refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. When the refund appears depends on your bank or card provider. Closing or cancelling card checkout does not cancel your booking.
